　　简介：Professor Vijay P. Singh, has been extremely active in promoting the cause of water resources through a wide range of professional activities. He has published the results of an extraordinary range of his scientific pursuits. He has authored 15 text books and two solution manuals; edited 49 books; and authored 70 book chapters, more than 475 technical journal articles, and 320 conference proceedings papers and technical reports, all in the area of water and environmental resources. Another unique area that Professor Singh has been making a mark is public service and education.
