许尔琪

研究员,博士生导师,现任中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所土地室主任,中国科学院大学现代农业管理教研室副主任,自然资源部资源环境承载力评价重点实验室学术委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金项目、部委委托规划和咨询项目、中国科学院特别专项课题、中国科学院院士咨询项目课题、中国工程院重大咨询项目课题等20余项。发表学术论文106篇,以第一/通讯作者在ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote SensingComputers and Electronics in Agriculture和地理学报等发表论文75篇(SCI论文48篇),授权发明专利12项,成果被Nature Food等期刊引用和长篇引述,中国日报网等报道转载,并获中央领导批示和国家部委采纳,应用于首个全国国土空间规划。入选中国科学院首批特聘研究岗位骨干(2022),中国科学院青年创新促进会会员(2021),任《Land Degradation & Development》《Discover Applied Sciences》编委、《地理科学》青年编委,央视科教频道科学顾问。

研究方向和主要贡献

开展土地系统数据挖掘及生态环境效应评估研究,针对现有土地系统多要素量化方法不足及其环境影响机制认知不清的难题,建立土地利用高精度制图和系统多要素信息挖掘新方法,解决了数据精度提高和特征刻画的技术难题;阐明了土地系统多要素差异对水土环境效应的驱动机制、为降低其效应量测不确定性开拓了新思路;搭建政策干预下土地系统优化工具、提出了国家和区域土地可持续利用的调控路径。
