山东青岛人,理学博士,中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员、博士生导师、水资源研究室主任。主要从事遥感水文与水资源管理研究,现以第一/通讯作者身份发表学术论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项,提交多份咨询报告获国家领导人批示和两办实质性采用。入选中国科学院首批特聘骨干、中国科学院青年创新促进会和中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所“可桢秉维”青年人才计划,荣获青海省科技进步一等奖。
