中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院大学岗位教授。1997年毕业于西北林学院获学士学位，2000年在中国科学院水土保持研究所获硕士学位，2005年在中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所获博士学位，2007年在美国新罕布舍尔大学开展博士后访问研究。先后主持参与国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划、中国科学院战略先导专项等项目20余项。在国内外专业期刊发表学术论文160余篇，其中第一或通讯作者70余篇；主编副主编出版专著15部，专利及软件著作权登记12项。

研究方向：人类活动对生态变化影响的遥感监测、模型模拟和可持续利用评估
