导师介绍

张倩

    山东济南人,博士,高级工程师,硕士生导师。主要从事稳定性同位素分析技术研发和应用,利用同位素地球化学的原理与方法,探究主、微量元素的环境行为和物质来源,以及元素与食品的内在联系。近年来Food ChemistryAgriculture, Ecosystems and EnvironmentJournal of Analytical Atomic SpectrometryEnvironmental ResearchJournal of Food Composition and Analysis等期刊发表论文75篇,申请国家发明专利10多项,参与发布团体标准3项,发布编著2部。
