　　报告简介：Dr. Ming Chen is a former employee of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resource Research. He is currently the Quality Assurance Administrator of the South Florida Water Management District, the biggest water management district in the United States. He is also a Co-chair of the multi-agency Quality Assurance Oversight Team (QAOT) for the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP), one of a few successful on-going environmental restoration programs in the world. In this presentation, Dr. Chen will share his QA/QC experience in environmental monitoring on water quality, hydrology and ecology in Florida.
